Senior Developer

Software developer, AS/400, RPG (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 2 0 Duration: 12 months initial contract

Location: Toronto, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position 3-4d/w onsite in Toronto mandatory

Roles and responsibilities:

• Development of interactive jobs supporting multiply users and batch jobs supporting performance sensitive payment processing.

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 RPG development from RPG III to ILE RPG

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 Control Language development from CLP to ILE-CL

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 DB2 development from external described PF LF to legacy internal described file processing

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 Programming Development Manager and Query

• Application Programming Developer responsible for Development and Unit Testing responsibilities

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skill

• Experienced with development of both batch and interactive applications using IBM AS/400 RPG RPG III, IV and ILE RPG

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 Control Language development from CLP to ILE-CL

• Experienced with IBM AS/400 DB2 development from SQL, external described PF LF to legacy internal described file processing
