Investor Relations Associate - Fund in Minneapolis

Our client is a leading investment management firm is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to support the development of high-quality, investor-facing content across a range of strategies. This individual will work cross-functionally to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling materials for institutional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of investor-facing materials, including presentations, marketing decks, and due diligence content
• Support the development of fundraising and client communication materials across multiple strategies
• Translate investment insights, performance data, and market research into clear, cohesive narratives
• Design charts, graphs, and visuals to effectively communicate financial information
• Partner with investment, product, and client teams to gather inputs and refine messaging
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all deliverables
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams
• Contribute to firmwide events and investor communications as needed
• Support process improvements and tools that enhance content development workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment management, financial marketing, investor relations, or related fields
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
