Job Description

This role serves as the primary liaison between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements and support the delivery of business‑critical initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS for business and technology initiatives

Translate Ameriprise Bank business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications

Provide detailed analysis of business needs to support complex, business‑critical solutions

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues

Ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated across stakeholders

Participate in system and user acceptance testing to validate solution outcomes

Drive issue identification, escalation, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle

Support implementation and post‑deployment checkout activities

Develop and maintain procedural documentation, process flows, and user manuals

QualificationsBachelor's Degree Or Equivalent

5-7 years relevant experience

Strong experience working between business and technology teams

Ability to analyze complex business processes and technical systems

Proven Skills In Requirements Gathering, Documentation, And Stakeholder Communication

Experience supporting testing and implementation activities

Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $81,700- $112,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
