What You’ll Do
ERP Integration & Data Management
- Play a key role in an upcoming ERP migration initiative
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and internal/external systems
- Analyze ERP data structures and business requirements to support operations, reporting, governance, and security
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, failed interfaces, and data errors
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Develop and maintain applications, interfaces, reports, portals, workflows, and business rules
- Modify, test, debug, and deploy software enhancements and integration updates
- Improve existing systems and processes through automation and optimization
- Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions
- Partner with departments to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with end users, vendors, and IT team members to deliver high-quality results
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Maintain documentation for integrations, mappings, workflows, schedules, dependencies, and error handling
- Ensure database integrity, security, data quality, archiving, and de-duplication practices
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports accurately and on time
- Assist with occasional server, infrastructure, network, and end-user support needs
- Support security administration and hardware connectivity when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company data
- Experience with ERP systems, ERP integrations, and business application support
- Strong SQL/database experience, including querying, reporting, and data integration
- Experience with SQL-based ERP systems
- Experience with .NET programming / .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, or related technologies)
- Experience with APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, and system integrations
- Knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft technologies
- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence concepts
- Experience with ERP migrations or large-scale system implementations is highly desirable
- Understanding of data governance, security, and integration best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
