What You'll Do
- Process web orders, create customer accounts, and support order entry across locations
- Keep office operations organized-mail, filing, archiving, shredding, supplies, and meeting room prep
- Manage basic reception duties (light phone coverage, greeting visitors)
- Assist leadership and internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
- Solid communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience with ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office
- Prior administrative or office support experience
