Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and regularly follow up with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and offer product solutions that meet branding and marketing objectives. oProvide excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Process Execution: o Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Product Knowledge & Industry Insight: o Stay up to date on trends in custom apparel, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials.
- Understand production timelines, decoration techniques (screen printing, embroidery, etc.), and product capabilities.
- Collaboration: o Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to support promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in custom apparel or promotional products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry platforms such as ASI, SAGE, or DistributorCentral.
- Existing customer network in branded merchandise or apparel.
- Experience with apparel decoration methods (screen printing, DTG, embroidery).
