About the Role:
This is a high-impact leadership position focused on developing new business relationships while maintaining and expanding our extensive base of loyal commercial and fleet customers. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated automotive sales professional who thrives on building connections within the surrounding business community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow fleet and commercial sales in Southeast Wisconsin
- Build relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and organizations
- Manage and expand an existing book of commercial and fleet clients
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through delivery and follow-up
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to drive profitability and market share
- Stay current on Chevrolet commercial vehicle offerings and industry trends
- Proven success in automotive sales (fleet/commercial experience preferred)
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Self-starter with a high level of energy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
