What You’ll Need To Be Our Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or support role, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach, especially in customer-facing interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established processes
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with e-filing processes, preferred
- Familiarity with tax-related terminology and entity types (Individual, Partnership, S Corp, C Corp, Trust), preferred

- Primarily deliver exceptional service in one assigned focus area of Client Service & Administrative Coordination, Tax Processing & Filing Support, Client Setup & Data Management, Workflow and Deadlines Management, or Billing, Collections, and Document Operations, supporting other administrative functions as needed
- Provide responsive and high-quality administrative support to assigned internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
- Foster strong communication and coordination between clients, signers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are consistently met
- Collaborate across departments to support workload balance and operational efficiency
- Uphold firm standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all documentation and processes
