Director of Field Operations sought for Residential Services - Chattanooga TN

Our client has been serving the Greater Chattanooga Region and Northern GA since 1990. With more than 4000 Five-Star Reviews they continue to provide excellent Plumbing, Heating & Air plus Drain Cleaning and Septic Services to their loyal customer base.

Currently, they are seeking a Director of Field Operations to help bring structure, accountability, and profitability to a rapidly growing home services business. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure strong revenue growth is supported by disciplined operations, efficient processes, and high-performing teams.

The Director of Field Operations will have the following managers reporting directly to them: HVAC Service Manager, Plumbing Service Manager, Drain Cleaning and Septic Services Manager.

The successful Director of Field Operations will be promoted to General Manager within the next 12 to 24 months.

KEY CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Proven leadership experience in home services, field operations, or similar industries
• Strong operational and financial acumen (P&L experience preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using systems like ServiceTitan and Excel
• Hands-on leader who is comfortable in both the office and the field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with clarity and accountability
