Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Expand existing accounts and ensure long?term customer retention
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and execute effective prospecting campaigns
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts and oversee complex freight booking processes
  • Customize transportation solutions to meet unique client needs
  • Support broader sales initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive revenue

Qualifications

  • Ability to close $3M+ in annual revenue
  • Proven success in identifying new market segments and emerging opportunities
  • Strong CRM utilization for pipeline accuracy and forecasting
  • Experience presenting virtually, by phone, and in person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
