Community Relations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and referrals for our dental services
- Executing marketing initiatives to promote our services, including attending community events and presenting our offerings to potential partners
- Utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new patients and high standards of service delivery
- Gathering feedback from community partners and using it to continuously improve our services
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Experience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple relationships and leads
- Knowledge of dental services and the healthcare landscape is highly desirable
- Must have a reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks as required
