Job Title: Frontend Engineer
Location: Dania Beach, Florida
Work Environment:
Primarily Remote (Candidates should be comfortable attending onsite meetings approximately 2–3 times per month in Dania Beach, FL)
Position Summary
We are seeking Junior and Mid-Level Frontend Engineers to support the development and enhancement of customer-facing digital experiences within a fast-paced e-commerce and travel technology environment.
This role will focus on building scalable, responsive, and accessible web applications across multiple product areas, including customer booking experiences, travel platforms, confirmation flows, and customer communications.
The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering experience with React and Next.js, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Build new frontend features and enhance existing digital experiences
- Support assigned product areas, including hotels, cars, travel experiences, confirmation flows, and customer communications
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility compliance, and frontend performance best practices
- Contribute to UI consistency, scalable component development, and maintainable frontend architecture
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and team collaboration sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Junior Level: 3+ years of frontend engineering experience preferred
- Mid-Level: 5+ years of frontend engineering experience preferred
Strong experience with:
- React
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Next.js
- Experience building responsive customer-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of frontend development best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deliver production-ready code
- Experience collaborating within agile or sprint-based development environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Experience with UI component libraries such as Tailwind or Material UI
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG best practices
- Experience supporting e-commerce, travel, or high-traffic digital products
- Experience working within fast-paced product-driven engineering environments

Compensation:
- Junior-Level: $100K – $120K
- Mid-Level: $120K – $135K
