A Day In The Life

In the Sales Capabilities Manager role, you become the engine that powers the Convenience Retail Channel. You’re the connector, the translator, and the accelerator—turning data, insights, and operational updates into clear, actionable direction that helps the field win. You deliver sharp analytics, performance intelligence, planning tools, and communication that keep the sales team aligned, energized, and ready to dominate the marketplace.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Track of innovation distribution and performance and program execution.
  • Analyze retail activity based on syndicated data and create recommendations for future programs.
  • Review and optimize chain-level programs, coordinate with business partners to achieve objectives.
  • Prepare content and sales updates. Share relevant team updates, general recaps and business needs of the leadership.
  • Commercial communication provide bottler-formatted ship lists for force shipments. Support supply planning for high-impact programs.
  • Bridge initiatives between Channel and Bottlers. Understand bottler-specific procedures (e.g., POS/Equipment varies by bottler). Align communication timelines for program impact.
  • Support training and development of sales teams as new capabilities and company initiatives are communicated

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Management, Business Analytics or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Convenience Retail Channel
  • Computer Skills Desired: Excel & Power query, PowerPoint, Outlook

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$75,900 - $101,200 USD
