Requirements:
The Patient Care Representative provides exceptional customer service ensuring patients have the post-operative information and assistance needed during their recovery period.
- Manages high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Answers incoming calls and provides accurate and satisfactory information to post-operative queries and concerns
- Performs outbound calls ensuring follow-up of all post-operative patients
- Maintains open communication with post-operative patients via electronic platforms (e-mail, message, etc.)
- Collaborates with other department representatives to resolve patient concerns
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Minimum of 1 year customer service role(s) experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and proficient with technology
