Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Brickell, Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsabilities


  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings
  • Manage correspondence and maintain organized records and files
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc office support as needed
  • Assist team members with special projects and daily operational tasks
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters


Qualifications


  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and positive environment
  • Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred
  • Relevant work experience or education is a plus
