Investor Relations Associate

Job Overview:

A leading private credit firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising, investor relations, business development and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for investors, handling inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and generate reports on financial performance, fund activities, and other relevant data for distribution to investors.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of investor transactions, agreements, and compliance-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, conferences, and events to foster positive relationships and provide updates on the firm's activities.
• Utilize technology and software to manage investor databases, track communications, and generate reports.
• Conduct analysis on market trends, investor behavior, and other factors influencing the firm's relationship with investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2- 5 years of experience in investor relations or operations within the financial industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret financial data.
