Job Title: Oracle FIN – Accounts Receivable (AR) Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Northville, Michigan)

Duration: May 11, 2026 – April 16, 2027

Total Hours: 1,960 (Approx. 245 days)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Functional Consultant to lead the AR and Expenses workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR data conversion, and AR cash application.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) workstream including process design and execution
• Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Handle AR data conversion activities, including:
• Customer master data
• Open AR invoices
• Collaborate with offshore teams, especially for Expenses module delivery
• Support integration and coordination with Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) for:
• Deductions and claims processing
• AR cash application processes
• Participate in key project milestones requiring occasional onsite travel

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Experience in data migration/conversion (Customer & Open AR invoices)
• Ability to lead functional workstreams independently
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Channel Revenue Management (ChRM)
• Knowledge of AR deductions/claims management processes
• Prior experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models

• Proven experience in finance transformation or ERP implementation projects
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and lead critical workstreams
