The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Escrow Processor to join a team that’s already performing at a high level—and pushing higher.

This isn’t a “learn the ropes” role.

This is for someone who knows what they’re doing and wants to operate in an environment where:

You won’t be buried in slow systems or outdated processes.

What You’ll DoRun Clean, Fast Closings

• Manage files from open to post-close without hand-holding
• Prepare CDs, balance deals, and coordinate funding with precision
• Clear title and resolve issues before they become problems

Own Communication

• Be the steady point of contact for agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Deliver updates that are clear, direct, and on time
• Eliminate confusion—don’t manage it

Operate at a Higher Standard

• Use modern systems to move faster and cleaner
• Stay tight on compliance and documentation
• Handle volume without letting quality slip

Contribute to Growth

• Bring ideas that make the operation better
• Help us refine, tighten, and scale what’s already working
• Be part of a team that’s building something—not maintaining it

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of escrow processing or closing experience
• Strong command of title, CDs, funding, and Michigan closings
• Clear, confident communication—no chasing you for updates
• Comfortable with tech and systems that move fast
• High attention to detail and ownership of your files
• Ability to perform under pressure without slipping
