Job Description

The Operations Analyst supports day-to-day execution and planning for export and fleet (non-retail) vehicle orders. This role focuses on tracking orders from entry through delivery, identifying and resolving scheduling or logistics issues, and providing clear reporting to support operational and leadership decision-making. The position works closely with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to keep plans aligned and issues addressed quickly.

Key Responsibilities / Job Tasks

• Track export and non-retail vehicle orders from order entry through production and delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners
• Identify order, scheduling, production, or shipping issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and flag gaps or risks requiring adjustment
• Produce recurring weekly reports, analyses, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
• Calculate and report tracking metrics to support planning and forecast accuracy
• Support production and scheduling requests related to fleet and export orders
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to resolve system access, reporting, or data issues
• Update dashboards and reports to maintain accurate, timely operational data
• Support special logistics activities and documentation as needed
• Provide coverage for critical tasks and assist with ad-hoc operational requests
