We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data expertise to support enterprise data engineering and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data and system requirements, ensuring accurate and scalable solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate requests for new or enhanced functionality
- Analyze data and system issues
- Drive root cause resolution to maintain data integrity and operational performance
- Validating outputs
- Support testing efforts
- Contribute to implementation activities to ensure high-quality delivery
- Provide documentation, training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of data solutions across the organization
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with a Degree
- 7+ years without a Degree
- Strong SQL skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
- Hybrid Position - 3-4 days a week on site
