Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business opportunities within the multifamily and condominium market. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, follow-up communication, pipeline generation, and appointment setting for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, building relationships, qualifying prospects, and consistently generating meetings and opportunities.
Location: Downtown, Miami, Florida
Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to multifamily properties, condominiums, HOAs, property managers, and ownership groups
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing pipeline opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
- Send follow-up emails and nurture communication
- Reactivate inactive or stalled opportunities
- Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Account Manager
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and resilience under rejection
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
