🎯 The Role

This is not a traditional account management position.

As a CSM at Creatify, you're the CEO of your pod — owning client outcomes, renewals, upsells, and internal execution across a book of elite DTC brands spending $5–10M/month. You're the primary point of trust for founders, CMOs, and growth leads at 9–10 figure brands.

You'll lead a 4-person pod (Media Buyer, Creator Manager, Content Coach + you) capped at 5 active clients — and you'll be responsible for making sure that pod runs like a machine.

→ Deeply fluent in DTC & performance marketing — TikTok Shop, paid social, ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, creative testing... you speak this language natively

→ A proven team leader — you hold high standards, drive urgency, and make sure no ball gets dropped

• Own the full client experience — daily updates, strategic alignment, white-glove service

• Lead your pod — translate client goals into airtight internal execution

• Drive renewals & upsells — packages range from $50K–$200K/month, performance upside is yours to earn

• Implement new systems & processes as Creatify evolves — you're the bridge between leadership vision and execution reality
