Position Summary:
Our partner is a global leader in consumer technology, delivering innovative mobile devices and electronics through a vast network of carrier, retail, and distribution partners worldwide. They are adding a Sales Director to drive immediate revenue growth and strengthen partner performance following an internal promotion, ensuring continued momentum across key distribution channels. In this role, you will influence how products move through large-scale distribution networks, shaping how they are positioned, prioritized, and ultimately sold in the market. This opportunity calls for someone who can think strategically about market expansion while staying close enough to execution to step in when performance gaps arise. The environment is fast-moving and performance-driven, where success depends on balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day operational awareness, leading a team, and building strong external relationships that directly impact revenue outcomes.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Background in channel sales within consumer electronics, telecom, or hardware environments
- Experience leading and developing sales or key account management teams
- Proven history of managing distributor, carrier, or retail partner ecosystems
- Track record of owning and delivering against regional or channel-level revenue targets
- Exposure to LATAM markets, including working with regional distributors or carriers
- Experience operating in both strategic planning and hands-on execution environments

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels including distributors, carriers, and retailers
- Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption and market share
- Optimize partner performance to improve sell-through and revenue outcomes
- Manage and lead a team of Key Account Managers responsible for major accounts
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners across LATAM
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to guide decision-making
- Own regional or channel-level revenue targets and profitability metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategy and execution
- Identify gaps in partner performance and implement corrective actions
- Step into execution when needed to support deals or resolve challenges
- Ensure consistent product positioning across partner channels
- Analyze market dynamics and adjust strategy to stay competitive
- Drive accountability and performance across the sales team
