Senior Associate / Vice President, Dorchester Capital

Role Description

Dorchester Capital is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to help manage origination and deal pipeline. This is a high-impact role and has opportunity for significant advancement.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and help manage proprietary deal flow and broker relationships

· Keep abreast of industry news and trends

· Represent Dorchester externally at conferences, industry events, LP meetings, etc.

· Support marketing efforts

Qualifications

· 2-4 years of experience in banking, investment management, or similar industry in either an analytical, client facing or similar role

· Ability to think creatively about deal structures

· Fluent understanding of financial concepts, credit instruments, fund structures, and LP/GP economics

· Intellectual curious

· Strong interpersonal skills and positive cultural warrior

· MBA, CFA, or degrees in Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field are a positive

Compensation

Salary range depends on experience and may include profit participation in the Firm’s investment funds.
