Job Summary
Develop, implement and oversee the Risk Management Program to provide a safe environment and quality patient care using risk management principles including identifying, investigating, analyzing, and evaluating risk on a proactive basis. Maintain all regulatory and compliance requirements including Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

- Computer literacy
- Experience with peer review processes and protections
- Experience with risk identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation
- Experience with claims management
- Registered Nurse with current unencumbered New Mexico License. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a clinical care setting
- Risk Management, Quality Management or regulatory experience preferred
