Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat, Inc. is looking for a driven, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering top-tier service and mentoring others, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Earn

• $25.00 – $35.00 per hour + Commission
• Performance-based incentives

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional HVAC service with accuracy and care done right the first time
• Perform comprehensive system inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Provide transparent pricing and repair solutions
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC issues efficiently
• Mentor and develop apprentices to help them succeed
• Maintain detailed job documentation, reports, and materials tracking
• Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and ready
• Ensure customer homes are protected and cleaner than when you arrived
• Promote club memberships and contribute to team performance goals

Requirements

• EPA Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license (insurable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy (tablets, smartphones, GPS)
• A team-first mindset with strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
