About the Role
At Hanwha Vision, a global leader in intelligent video surveillance and security solutions, we are looking for an Order Desk Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Mexico City.
This position plays a critical role ensuring accurate order processing, commercial compliance, and seamless coordination between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams across LATAM.
You will become a key operational partner enabling business execution and delivering a reliable experience for customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Receive, review, and process customer and distributor sales orders in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Validate pricing, discounts, commercial conditions, payment terms, and required approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal commercial, fiscal, and operational policies before order release.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.
- Confirm inventory availability, delivery timelines, and shipment status.
- Support credit validation, invoicing processes, and order release workflows.
Follow-up & Customer Support
- Track orders from entry through final delivery.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or billing issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate ERP data and operational tracking files.
- Generate backlog, order status, and operational KPI reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within order management workflows.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- International Trade
- Industrial Engineering
- Logistics or related field (preferred)
Junior profiles with internships or professional practices are welcome.
Experience
- Junior: 0–1 year in administrative, logistics, customer service, or sales support roles.
- Intermediate/Senior: 2–4 years in Order Desk, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
Technical Skills
- ERP experience (SAP highly preferred)
- Order processing & invoicing workflows
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, data tracking)
- Basic supply chain and distribution knowledge
Language
- Intermediate English (reading & basic communication with regional/global teams)
