Backend Developer (Knowledge of .NET Migrations)

The objective of this position is to execute the technological transition of legacy applications developed in .NET Framework 4.0 towards a modern architecture based on .NET 8 , ensuring data integrity, system security and scalability through microservices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Modernization: Refactoring and migrating legacy code to .NET 8 using best practices and design patterns.
  • Architecture Design: Implementing and optimizing ecosystems based on microservices .
  • Data Management: Optimize queries and schemas in SQL Server to ensure optimal performance post-migration.
  • Security: Implement bank/enterprise grade security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, data encryption, etc.).
  • Automation: Collaborating with the development lifecycle through CI/CD in DevOps environments .


Technical Requirements (Must-have):

  • Solid Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in Backend development.
  • .NET proficiency: Proven experience migrating projects from older versions (4.0/4.5) to .NET Core or .NET 8 .
  • Databases: Advanced SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Tuning, relational design).
  • Microservices: Real-world experience working with containers (Docker), API Gateways, and asynchronous communication.
  • DevOps: Fluent use of Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.


### Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial sector or handling of sensitive data.
