Your main purpose

DACH Market Strategy & Plan Execution: Own and deliver the DACH marketing plan by translating HQ strategy into locally relevant, high-impact initiatives that drive premium brand growth and measurable demand. Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and major projects through to CMO sign-off.

Integrated Campaign Development (B2B & D2C): Develop, launch, and optimize integrated B2B and D2C campaigns tailored to DACH audiences, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Work closely with HQ brand, CRM, digital, and PR teams to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.

Commercial Partnership & Sales Enablement: Act as a strategic business partner to the Regional Sales Director, providing market insights and supporting the achievement of KPIs and financial targets. Drive participation in affiliate, loyalty, and financial partner programs, and support joint marketing plans with key luxury travel agents and tour operators.

Brand, PR & Communications: Oversee DACH PR investments and media relations, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand reputation, reach, and relevance. Lead regional brand activations and targeted audience campaigns with defined KPIs and post-campaign evaluation.

Reporting, Insights & Performance Analytics: Develop and deliver a 360° DACH marketing report and BI framework in collaboration with CIRA, tracking CPA, ROI, and market-specific dashboards. Provide actionable weekly and monthly insights and capture structured feedback from guests, travel agents, and tour operators.

Governance, Compliance & Collaboration: Establish clear workflows, processes, and reporting lines to enable effective collaboration with HQ and local teams. Support onboarding and relationship management with DACH agencies and key partners, ensuring compliance with travel law and consumer protection standards.

What will you bring?

Proven expertise in delivering DACH growth plans within the travel, hotel, or resort sectors, translating strategy into actionable, locally relevant initiatives with measurable results.

Strong commercial background with hands-on experience using data and insights to optimize cost per acquisition, maximize ROI, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Hands-on experience designing, launching, and optimizing integrated B2B and D2C marketing campaigns for DACH travel, hotel, or resort audiences—preferably within the luxury segment—delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach, with a track record of identifying opportunities and delivering results in environments with limited resources through decisive, outcome-driven action.

Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and successful long-term partnerships.

Deep knowledge of the DACH travel landscape, with strong experience in brand and communications management, including PR, media relations, brand activations, and securing premium brand presence through agency and partner collaboration.
