Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Seasonal Office Assistant, located in Ocean View, NJ. The Seasonal Office Assistant will handle various administrative tasks including answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining office files, managing correspondence, and supporting the team with clerical tasks. Daily responsibilities may also include operating office equipment, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring a well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
- Knowledge of Office Equipment, its usage, and maintenance
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is a plus
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented work ethic
