My client is a high‑growth technology business that provides data‑driven software and intelligence to enterprises operating across automotive, finance and insurance ecosystems. Founded in 2020 to address critical gaps in market visibility and decision‑making, the business has since raised ~$80m in Series B funding and is now scaling aggressively across Australia and the UK, with Asia firmly on the roadmap.
They are recognised on the AFR Fast Starters, LinkedIn Top Startups, and Deloitte Tech Fast 50 lists. Global team, with a strong local presence across product, engineering and operations.
Your Role and Impact
As Senior Enterprise AE, you will play a critical role in building and owning enterprise sales across Financial Services and adjacent sectors. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor initially, responsible for closing complex, high‑value enterprise deals and helping define how the sales function scales.
You’ll focus on New Business, leading large, strategic sales programs from first conversation through to close, working with multi‑layered stakeholders across risk, commercial, operations and executive leadership. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building from a clean sheet, and wants a seat at the table shaping enterprise motion, structure and standards as the team grows.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Demonstrated success in enterprise‑level sales, closing large and complex transactions.
- Background in Financial Services or Technology Sales strongly preferred; automotive experience advantageous but not essential.
- Proven ability to manage senior customer relationships across C‑suite and enterprise buying committees.
- Highly structured approach to sales execution, forecasting and deal management.
- Self‑directed, commercially sharp and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast‑growth environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to project‑manage complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements end‑to‑end.
- Ability to understand and articulate sophisticated, data‑led value propositions to enterprise customers.
