As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, designing and implementing solutions that enable our customers to deliver expert care within their communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments.
- Providing Level 2 support (on-site and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges.
- Managing your project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability of deployed systems.
- Conducting on-site installation and system health checks.

Additionally, You Will Also Be Able To
- Travel within the ANZ region.
- Hold a valid driver's license as this position comes with a company car.
- Enjoy and excel at conducting on-site installations and comfortable in using tools as part of your role.
