Traffic Radius is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist who can help us hire great people and support day-to-day HR operations inside a growing digital marketing agency.

You will be responsible for hiring across digital marketing, creative, content, sales, web development, AI, and automation roles.
You will also support onboarding, HR coordination, employee engagement, basic HR operations, recruitment reporting, and process improvement.
Traffic Radius is a Melbourne-based digital marketing agency. We help Australian businesses grow through SEO, paid media, websites, content, social media, creative, and performance-focused digital campaigns.
Our team includes marketers, designers, developers, copywriters, content creators, sales professionals, client success teams, and digital strategists.
You will play a key role in helping us find, attract, and retain the right people to support our growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles across Traffic Radius.
This includes sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting.
You will hire for roles such as:
- Social Media Marketing Specialists
- Content Writers and Copy Editors
- SEO Specialists
- Performance Marketing Specialists
- Web Developers
- Graphic Designers
- Sales / Business Development Executives
- AI Engineers
- Automation Specialists
- Other digital marketing, creative, sales, and technology roles
You will use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, recruitment partners, and sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
You will work closely with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, timelines, and candidate quality.
You will also support HR operations such as onboarding, employee documentation, probation follow-ups, exit coordination, HR trackers, basic policy communication, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, creative, sales, web, AI, and automation roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and recruitment partners.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers for open roles, pipelines, interviews, offers, joiners, and dropouts.
- Support hiring managers with role briefs, candidate feedback, and closure timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with external recruitment vendors where required.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, induction coordination, and probation follow-ups.
- Assist with employee engagement, retention support, grievance coordination, and basic HR queries.
- Support HRMS / ATS usage, recruitment documentation, and process improvement.
- Use AI tools where appropriate for sourcing, screening support, follow-ups, job descriptions, trackers, and recruitment efficiency.
- Share regular recruitment and HR updates with leadership.
Experience & Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for digital marketing, creative, sales, web development, or technology roles.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and recruitment partners.
- Good understanding of roles such as SEO, SMM, PPC, content, copywriting, design, web development, sales, AI, and automation.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time.
- Strong screening, coordination, follow-up, and interview scheduling skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with hiring managers and understand role requirements clearly.
- Experience maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Basic HR operations experience including onboarding, documentation, probation, exits, and employee coordination.
- Good understanding of HRMS / ATS tools or willingness to work with recruitment systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
Good to Have
