Analyst – Investment Banking | Infrastructure & Renewable Energy (Melbourne)

We are working with a leading investment advisory and asset management platform with a long-standing reputation in complex M&A, capital structuring, and strategic advisory across infrastructure and renewable energy.

As the team continues to grow, we’re seeking an Analyst with strong financial and transactional experience to join their Melbourne team, advising on high-profile deals in renewable energy and infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead financial modelling and valuation workstreams across live transactions
• Play a hands-on role in end-to-end deal execution: due diligence, negotiation support, board papers, and transaction structuring
• Engage directly with senior clients and internal stakeholders across international offices
• Prepare presentations and investment materials for strategic and financial clients

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years’ experience (with a handful of successful deals) in:

• Investment banking (with infrastructure/utilities/renewables sector coverage)
• Infrastructure or energy-focused corporate development team
• Infrastructure fund or large-scale renewables developer (with M&A exposure)
• Financial advisory, project finance or corporate finance (with M&A exposure and a focus on infrastructure or renewables)
• Advanced financial modelling and transaction execution skills
• Exposure to greenfield or brownfield infrastructure M&A
• Clear communication and ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment
