We’re working with a business making a major investment in AI and modern engineering, and they’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with an AI focus to help lead that journey.

This role suits someone with a strong .NET background, proven AI experience, solid AWS exposure, and a track record of driving organisational change. It’s a chance to stay hands-on while influencing how AI is adopted across engineering teams and the wider business.

The role

• Design and implement AI-enabled products, tools, or internal platforms.
• Build and deliver scalable software solutions using .NET in modern cloud environments, with a strong focus on AWS.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver practical AI use cases.
• Help drive organisational change, improving adoption of AI technologies and modern ways of working.
• Contribute to architecture, technical strategy, and engineering best practice.
• Mentor others and support a strong engineering culture.

What they’re looking for

• Experience delivering AI solutions, including product features, automation, LLM use cases, or intelligent tooling.
• Deep hands-on expertise with .NET / C#.
• Strong experience working with AWS and building cloud-native or scalable distributed systems.
• Proven ability to influence or lead technology-driven change across teams or organisations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders on the journey.
