Working primarily with our HR and retail teams, you will be responsible for documenting current (“as‑is”) and future‑state (“to‑be”) processes across recruitment, payroll, and broader retail HR operations. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and support the delivery of effective, scalable solutions. Leveraging your strong Business Analysis background, you will operate within Agile and hybrid delivery environments, collaborating closely with IT Project Managers, vendors, and global stakeholders to support successful project outcomes. This role suits a proactive, autonomous, and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working cross‑functionally and contributing to meaningful business change.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering HCM (Human Capital Management) initiatives, with the confidence and capability to drive business analysis activities independently while remaining aligned with broader project objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, Visio, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience working with HCM / HRIS platforms, with exposure to candidate onboarding systems considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to remain adaptable and delivery‑focused under pressure, with experience working across global and local teams, including third‑party vendors.
- Strong experience leading and facilitating requirements‑gathering workshops, capturing functional and non‑functional requirements, use cases, business process models, and screen mock‑ups.
- A collaborative team player with substantial experience partnering with Project Managers, and a solid understanding of the Business Analyst’s role within project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and creative problem‑solving ability.
- Desirable: Hands‑on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, HROnboard, or UKG/Kronos.
