My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join a growing team. This is a permanent role and will be fully onsite. The IT Support Engineer will support and maintain the firm’s Microsoft-based IT environment. The role involves providing advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop systems, networking, and end-user services in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and remote users.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Administer Azure / Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and user access management.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, networking, VPN, printer, and hardware issues.
- Assist with server support, Active Directory, patching, and backups.
- Support cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager and Entra ID.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment desirable.
Qualifications
- IT qualification or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft certifications advantageous.
