My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join a growing team. This is a permanent role and will be fully onsite. The IT Support Engineer will support and maintain the firm’s Microsoft-based IT environment. The role involves providing advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop systems, networking, and end-user services in a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and remote users.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Administer Azure / Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and user access management.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, networking, VPN, printer, and hardware issues.
  • Assist with server support, Active Directory, patching, and backups.
  • Support cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Skills

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager and Entra ID.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment desirable.


Qualifications

  • IT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft certifications advantageous.
