Investor Relations Analyst

We are partnering with a leading European alternative investment firm with offices in London and Dublin. The firm is experiencing strong growth following a recent strategic partnership with a global financial institution.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated an Analyst to join the Investor Relations team. This role is central to client engagement and sales support, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality marketing materials, manage investor communications, and support key projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in investor relations within a fast growing alternative asset manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver client-facing materials across products and strategies
• Manage investor due diligence processes (DDQs, operational requests)
• Coordinate multiple workflows and ensure timely project execution
• Support fund launches (marketing materials, data rooms, reporting)
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and efficiency
• Ensure all materials meet compliance and data accuracy standards
• Support investor communications and respond to client queries
• Prepare materials for investor meetings and updates
• Maintain the data room, investor portal, and website content
• Assist with bespoke marketing presentations
• Provide market and investor insights using research platforms

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Investor Relations or similar within asset management/private markets
• Strong project management and multitasking ability
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Collaborative team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
