Business Development Representative

We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Representative to join our client - a NetSuite Alliance Partner, and help expand their client base in the ERP / NetSuite ecosystem. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, opening doors, building pipeline, and setting up conversations that convert.
We're looking for someone who knows how to sell. The ERP knowledge? They can help you build that. What we can't teach is hunger, resilience, and the ability to have a good conversation.
What you'll be doing -
- Prospecting and outreach to mid-market and large organisation
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking discovery calls for Account Executives
- Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Building relationships within the NetSuite / ERP ecosystem — staying curious about what's happening in the market
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and contributing to BD strategy and campaign planning
Essential -
- Proven BDR experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting (cold outreach on phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a structured, metrics-driven approach
Preferred
Exposure to NetSuite, Oracle, or ERP software (any capacity)
Experience selling into finance, operations, or IT decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
