Umrah Travel Consultant

Location: Dublin City Centre. Office Based.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Umrah Travel

Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of

experience in travel consultancy, with a strong understanding of Umrah

packages, visa processes, and customer service excellence. You will be

responsible for guiding clients through the Umrah booking process, ensuring a

smooth and spiritually fulfilling journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Umrah packages, itineraries, and travel requirements.
• Handle visa applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, ground transport, and other travel logistics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Umrah regulations and travel advisories.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consultancy, preferably in religious tourism.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah travel procedures and Saudi visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a travel agency specializing in Hajj or Umrah.
• Familiarity with GDS systems e.g., Amadeus.
• Sales or customer service certification.
