TechHeads is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to join an exciting Irish company based in Dublin. In this role you will run the service desk function, provide support for day-to-day service operations and engage with stakeholders. Offering a strong mix of technical responsibility, team leadership, and autonomy in your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong IT support background, previous leadership or mentoring experience, and a experience working to ITIL standards. You’ll oversee SLA performance, improve support processes, and work closely with infrastructure and cloud teams across the business. Allowing you to apply and build on your expertise in IT in a collaborative environment.
You will be joining an employee focused organisation that supports hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite per week, offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support, with exposure to senior or team lead responsibilities
- Proven ability to take ownership of a service desk and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical experience across end-user support, business applications, and core systems
- Experience working with ITIL processes, including incident and change management
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging both teams and stakeholders
- Hold a full Irish driving licence and have own transport.
Compensation:
- Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 DOE
