For the right Architect, being a member of the GRAEF Industrial Architecture group will provide opportunities to:
- Lead project design teams and work directly with clients.
- Prepare plans, details, and specifications.
- Review code requirements and write reports.
- Preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Mentor less experienced staff.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of design and project management experience.
- Professional Registration in at least one (1) state.
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
- Experience in the design of industrial or industrial-like building projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
