Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in a related field.
  • Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage.
  • Advantage has building management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A well-mannered individual that can deal with the purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully.
  • Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
