- Manage the delivery and implementation of the organization's planning requirements
- Working with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specifications
- Developing, implementing and monitoring good management practices for the delivery, management and implementation of planning commitments to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to planning activities for delivery of short-, medium- and long-term commitments
- Manage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirements
- Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera or MS project
- Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure the delivery/completion of the project work on time
- Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep the management and
- Project director. apprised of the progress on a regular basis
- On-time delivery of project plans

- Technical project documentation
- On-time reporting
- A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Planning, or Engineering
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
