- Align operations with commercial, marketing, and strategic functions
- Represent the company externally with professionalism and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations or business management
- Proven track record in building structured processes and enhancing efficiency
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of KPI frameworks, analytics, and operational systems
- Experience in system integration, automation, and cross‑functional operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management) are a plus
- Very good command of English (written & spoken)
