Candidates matching the criteria below will be invited to TL department for a training program. Successful ones will be registered in TL pool, and they will go back to tables. When there is an official opening, they will be provided with an offer for TL position.
About You
Application Criteria
- You should be a Senior Dealer for at least 6 months
- No DR in the last 6 months prior to the application
- No more than 2 explanatories in the last 6 months prior to the application
- Maximum 4 days of medical leave in the last 3 months prior to the application
- Advanced level English
- Computer Skills (MS Office / Google Drive / familiarity with back-office type of databases)
- Integrity, kindness, fairness
- Team player
- Ability for high level communication
- Checking the performance of the Game Presenters and Shufflers for continuous improvement
- Planning regular daily or weekly training/re-training sessions
- Shift swaps handled
- Schedule balancing
- The ability to work in a team
- Initiate and lead the disciplinary processes
- Incidents and/or concerns occurred during the shift to be handled
- Evaluating employees based on evaluation rules and templates
- Have regular one-on-one team members and provide feedback.
