IT Program Manager

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an IT Program Manager for a prominent client of ours. This is a 100% Remote role. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate - $85-105/hr on W2

12 months assignment with HIGH possibility of extension

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead a strategic initiative to build a unified Enterprise data solution. This role owns end-to-end program delivery, including governance, roadmap development, and execution.

Responsibilities:

You will lead cross-functional teams through complex lifecycles, ensuring alignment with pharma regulations and the IT operating model.

This role requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing.

Responsibilities include managing program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and business stakeholders.

Required / Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Pharmaceutical Industry Experience Is Required.

Enterprise data solution projects experience - anything related to a “unified data solution” would be a PLUS.

End-to-end program delivery ownership, including governance, roadmap development, and execution.

PMP (or similar certification) required.

Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
