Full-Stack AI Engineer

The Role

Work directly with the founding team to build and ship AI-powered products that handle real logistics operations autonomously. You'll work across the full stack, from multi-channel integrations and backend services to front-end interfaces, while pushing our AI capabilities forward.

What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across our Python backend (FastAPI) and front-end interfaces
• Design and improve multi-step AI workflows that process real-world logistics data
• Work with LLM APIs, agent architectures, and evaluation tooling in production
• Contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD, and system reliability as we scale
• Shape product and technical direction alongside the founders

• You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by small-team impact

What You Bring

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, API integration, evaluation, and related tooling
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message queues, or background job processing is a plus
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Startup mindset: resourceful, fast, biased toward shipping

Process

We move fast. Expect a decision within one week.

Step 1: Application Fill out the form with one thing we really care about: submit an AI coding session, a transcript or log from Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or whatever tool you use to build. It can be .md, .txt, a combination of multiple sessions, or a link to a hosted artifact.

Step 2: Online Interview A single online conversation covering technical depth, problem-solving, and team fit. No multi-round gauntlet.

Step 3: Technical Session (60 min) A live coding challenge where you build a small backend service from scratch using an AI-coding assistant (we provide it). We'll observe how you work, then you walk us through your code and key decisions in the last 5 minutes.

Step 4: Decision Feedback and potential start within one week of your interview.
