A fast-growing 50-person AI scale-up is hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue and shape the future of AI-powered sales.


💼 The Opportunity

  • €155K OTE (€80K base + €75K uncapped commission)
  • €30K average deal size
  • Sales cycles of roughly 3 months
  • Clear progression into Management or Enterprise Sales
  • Direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making


🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Lead product demos for senior commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Manage multi-threaded mid-market deals
  • Help customers translate AI insights into tangible revenue growth


✅ Ideal Profile

  • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience
  • Strong outbound sales capability
  • Experience closing mid-market deals
  • Self-directed, commercially sharp, and results-driven
  • Fluent in German and English
