💼 The Opportunity
- €155K OTE (€80K base + €75K uncapped commission)
- €30K average deal size
- Sales cycles of roughly 3 months
- Clear progression into Management or Enterprise Sales
- Direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making
🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Lead product demos for senior commercial and technical stakeholders
- Manage multi-threaded mid-market deals
- Help customers translate AI insights into tangible revenue growth
✅ Ideal Profile
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience
- Strong outbound sales capability
- Experience closing mid-market deals
- Self-directed, commercially sharp, and results-driven
- Fluent in German and English
