Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the Arabic teaching team for the KG stage to deliver high-quality language education
- Develop, review, and enhance the Arabic curriculum and teaching resources to ensure alignment with educational standards and the developmental needs of KG students
- Coordinate and oversee lesson planning, assessment, and reporting processes within the department
- Mentor, support, and provide professional development opportunities for teaching staff
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate with school leadership and other departments to foster a cohesive educational environment
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and contribute to maintaining a safe learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
- Extensive experience teaching Arabic, with significant experience at the KG or early years level
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably as a Head of Department or team leader
- Strong knowledge of Arabic language pedagogy and early childhood education principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies
- Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being
